It should either be an article or a disambiguation page, i.e. lead to other articles, e.g. Ab (month). -- User:Docu.

The generally used term in scholarly works for the first month in the early Hebrew calendar is abib not aviv. In the time of the Pentateuch there was no v phoneme. This is a later development in the Hebrew language.

If, for instance, you consult the Jewish Encyclopedia, which is available online, the term used is abib. The usage in this article is misleading. Toroid (talk) 03:27, 23 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
