lingering concerns

The biggest concern with the article is that it confuses the company with its products. The article should discuss the company and the awards, which are for its products, should explain that. Another issue is the external links. They should be largely removed and any useful material from them should be incorporated into the article. This page seems to be a frequent spam target, see above talk page messages for easy examples. The page history shows consistent addition of marketing material, and current page contents is written in a blatantly promotional manner.

Proposed update: Lead, recent history, and products (2022–2026)

I have a conflict of interest: I work at Automation Anywhere. In line with WP:COI, I am proposing these changes on the Talk page rather than editing directly, and I request review by uninvolved editors. The article has not been substantially updated since 2022; during this period the company expanded its automation platform with AI and agentic capabilities and completed a significant acquisition. I have used independent third-party sources wherever available and have not relied on company press releases for the core claims. I am not proposing removal of any existing content.

Proposed change to the lead

Current: "Automation Anywhere is an American global software company that develops robotic process automation (RPA) software."

Proposed: "Automation Anywhere is an American global software company that develops robotic process automation (RPA) and agentic process automation software."

This reflects the company's expansion beyond RPA while keeping the change minimal. The remainder of the lead (founding year, headquarters) would remain unchanged.

Proposed additions to "History"

In June 2024, at its IMAGINE 2024 conference in Austin, Texas, Automation Anywhere introduced AI agents and an "AI + Automation Enterprise System," adding agentic and generative AI capabilities to its existing automation platform to expand the range of processes that can be automated.

In November 2025, Automation Anywhere acquired Aisera, a provider of AI-powered self-service agents for IT service management, HR, and customer support. Financial terms were not disclosed.
