I regret that I must preemptively fail this per WP:GACR: An article can be failed without further review if, prior to the review, it has cleanup banners that are obviously still valid. The article has only one footnote, to the Swiss Inventory of Cultural Property of National and Regional Significance. The 1995 edition is cited, though more recent editions exist. All the other sources listed are in German; I don't question their reliability, but the section is called "Further reading" and I don't know whether they were actually used to compile the article. Published English RS exist and should be incorporated, so that the information is more readily verifiable by the users of the English encyclopedia. The writing is clear, but without citations I have no way of checking whether it's a straightforward translation and therefore possibly a copyright violation. The article is well-illustrated (though I didn't check licensing). I would encourage editors who would like to see this brought to GA status mainly to add footnotes and a variety of English-language sources to supplement the German, including published research.

Thanks! I certainly expected some of this feedback. They are all very good starting points to improve the article.--Codrin.B (talk) 07:39, 18 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
