Dinosaur Sue

[edit]

Sorry if this is the wrong place, but on Wikipedia's main page, since it is now August 12 in UTC time, it mentions that Sue was discovered today in 1990. But this fact isn't reflected on this page. Is this an oversight or did someone forget to add it? I'd add it myself, but I'm not sure if it would be permitted or not. 67.149.52.125 (talk) 22:16, 12 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

World Elephant Day

[edit]

As worthwhile an issue as this might be, is this really enough of a "thing" to be here? --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 15:02, 12 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Take it out! Elephant hater! 2607:FEA8:FF01:4FA6:1DEE:2F63:B72B:4AE2 (talk) 05:48, 12 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Eclipse

[edit]

I edited one of the articles that say 1901-present and I put on the solar eclipse in 2026. This is not lowkey appearing on the article 1901-present and I edited again, saying that this is the first eclipse of the century and a trio that won't happen again until we see another eclipse in Spain in 2053. ~2026-20941-09 (talk) 17:10, 4 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

That was me reverting. Please try again and add a reliable source and use formal encyclopedic syntax, e.g. "will not happen" as opposed to "won't happen" Likeanechointheforest (talk) 17:11, 4 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
You also need to ensure that there is a link to an actual Wikipedia article about this event. The edit you did created a red link. Please read WP:EVENTDOY. Thanks, Kiwipete (talk) 18:38, 4 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
