Additions

[edit]

I have added information to the Atterby page from my personal memories (I spent my childhood in Waddingham) and also from the booklet by Peter Stopp referenced. Although he does not cite specific references, much of the information came from the Lincolnshire Archives, White's and Kelly's directories and I have no reason to doubt the accuracy. I shall be adding to the Bishop Norton pages similarly. Dsergeant 10:52, 5 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Unitary Authority and Ceremonial County

[edit]

The page erroneously shows Atterby as being within a unitary authority and a ceremonial county. In fact it is in a two-tier (three if you include the parish council) with West Lindsey as the District Council and Lincolnshire County Council as the first tier authority. The neighbours to the north are unitary authorities - North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire, created in the aftermath of the creation of the non-Metropolitan County of Humberside.

Is there a way in which the UA can be removed and the correct tiers shown in its place?Welbecklincs (talk) 23:27, 4 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
