Inaccuracies that need to be addressed

This article, in a single topic, talks about the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority and Atrium Health corporation. It is true that Atrium Health corporation merged with Advocate-Aurora Healthcare to become Advocate Health, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority is still an active legal entity, a sort of subsidiary of Advocate Health. I think that the 2 topics should not have been merged into a single article, but I understand how it happened. Any help rectifying this would be much appreciated. -TG 01:53, 3 November 2025 (UTC)

@Tingrin87: Atrium Health is a trade name of Charlotte Mecklenburg Hospital Authority, and yes I know that the Atrium Health website is still active the reason why I put the article in past tense is because FIERCE Healthcare says that it is now a division of Advocate Health. It also says that Advocate Aurora Health became a division of Advocate Health. https://www.fiercehealthcare.com/providers/tighter-q3-trims-advocate-healths-ytd-operating-margin-net-income. The Advocate Aurora Health website redirects to the Advocate Health website. Advocate Aurora Health was created when Advocate Health Care and Aurora Health Care merged making them divisions of that hospital network, but yet the websites for Advocate Health Care and Aurora Health Care still exist. The Advocate Health website shows the logos of Atrium Health, Advocate Health Care and Aurora Health Care, but not the logo of Advocate Aurora Health. Today I just read from Becker's Hospital review, that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority is going to have a hospital built in South Carolina. And the story calls Atrium Health a system not a division. https://www.beckershospitalreview.com/capital/atrium-health-okd-for-450m-south-carolina-hospital/. I removed the FIERCE Healthcare reference just in case that they are wrong, since it is the only story saying this. I also removed it from Advocate Health, Advocate Aurora Health, and one other article that I added it to. Catfurball (talk) 23:56, 8 December 2025 (UTC)
