Proposal to rename article to general "Philippine pickles"

[edit]

Philippine pickles would cover both the more known "atchara" subclass and the Ilocono "inartem" equivalent, the latter of which possesses a huge variety of pickles ranging from vegetables, fruits, nuts, and spices (including, among others, balayang (a wild banana species), buatsina, Hawaiian palm, santol, karmay, mangga, salamagi (tamarind), singkamas, mabolo, papaya, pipino, sili sairo, kangkong, bawang, lasona, pallang or sigarilyas, rabanos, etc) Isangtalong (talk) 06:02, 15 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
