What is the Article 29 Working Party? Is it a commission, an organization, an organ, or what?
Some reports say that this party is incompatible with historical preservation.
[edit]This party wants that Google Street View is not only censored but also the original version dies. And the technology to detect and censor faces and license plates tends to incorrectly recognize lots of things as faces and license plates. So I say that the original version with nothing should be preserved! Otherwise we could be very disappointed one day if we dug out the old archive of Google Street View and it would be worthless because it's erroneously censored. Please look here to understsnd what do I mean:
