Rewritting

If we look at http://www.sterryworldwide.com/arthur.htm we can see that Arthur's grandson writes quite a bit of information on Arthur, much of it contradicting what has been written on wikipedia. I have updated and rewritten his birthplace and death place as well as making a citation to confirm.
