Article creation

[edit]

I'm creating the article because the building is on the National Register of Historic Places, and there was no Wikipedia page for it yet. Let me know if there's anything I need to add to it specifically to make it legitimate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Poetas (talkcontribs) 17:08, October 4, 2007

We can always use more NRHP articles. Actually all NRHP sites are notable but if you can add cited information and history from reliable sources notability won't even be a question. Thanks for doing Commodore too, I always liked that building. Katr67 19:19, 5 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please note: This entry has the wrong picture. See the Arminius Hotel page on the NHR site: http://nrhp.focus.nps.gov/natregsearchresult.do?fullresult=true&recordid=11

The pictures on the NRHP site show the correct building, the three-story brick building with A.D.U.G. emblazoned at the top. (Stands for the German Aid Society, in German.) I believe your picture on the Wikipedia page is across the street.

Love your project, however. I just walked by building and decided to look it up.
