• In previous versions of the article, the county in which the SR is located was present in the lead. Is there any worth in re-adding it?
• "which contains the Huachuca Mountains" - "Contains" sounds awkward. Can this be re-worded?
• Wikilink "Palominas".
• "Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), who is responsible for" - Substitute "who" for "which".
• "originating at SR 82 in Whetstone, heading south into Sierra Vista" - Replace the comma with "and" or "before".
• "turned south following its current route to Bisbee. - There is an extra space between The period and the refs.

• There is a cite needed tag in the History section.

The article seems sufficiently broad and focused, with relation to to peer GAs.

The article is written without undue weight or neutrality issues.
