I made a couple of minor adjustments to links, but my main change was to alter the footnote format. The previous format wasn't numbering correctly. I have changed to the ref format, which seems now to be preferred, and has the advantage that the numbering always works properly! I removed the "italic" markers, which don't seem to work where they were placed. Andrew Dalby15:30, 15 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
