probably should add some words about random inc and subsequent work with other conventions by Random Inc. I do not know enough of the detail to add it myself.

after Arcanacon stopped due to exhaustion there was a revival by John Coleman and Murray Robinson that led to two large 400+ attendee conventions at the Melbourne Convention Centre before Covid 19. Another was planned for 2020 but had to be cancelled dur to lockdowns. Arcanacon was then rebranded as Arc (Australian Role Play Community), https://www.arcrpg.org/. Somem of the board members of the old Arcanacon (Murray, Travis) continued into the new Arc organisation for a period. It ran online during Covid and then ran as a convention with a converntion at Pax Aus, PortPlay Melbourne etc. ~2026-51155-86 (talk) 00:36, 23 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
