[edit]

It appears that source 1 conflicts with source 2. I would like to recommend source 1 be removed from the references list as it is a far less reliable source than source 2. Source 1 is written by a novice travel writer from Florida while source 2 is a reputable article from Vancouver, the city where the article's subject is located. Furthermore, Source 2 from the Vancouver Sun points out the misinformation in Source 1, such as the founding date being 1985 which it is and not 1982. --Igwwgi (talk) 02:20, 1 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

It appears that Jeff Pratt was in fact working on a ferry on False Creek in 1982. The cite does not state that the company was founded in 1982, just that, "Jeff Pratt, an operator of the ferry in 1982, froze as he traveled back and forth along False Creek on rainy winter days." which appears to be consistent with the other source which stated that he left the competitor to start the Aquabus. I see no inconsistency.ConcernedVancouverite (talk) 02:45, 1 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
