I do not understand what this phrase means: "abstraction to integrate queries into the underlying Java API". Something like "abstraction that allows using queries in HiveQL instead of Java API" maybe? PetrGlad (talk) 09:46, 9 December 2016 (UTC)

Someone up to it could add a history section or just a sentence in the intro. Could also mention the logo that has actually been created by Cloudera team (I don't know if it is alright to mention a private company in that article). Vallereaugabriel (talk) 10:53, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
