Small comments

• There is too much anpan In the article. you should replace them with words like this dessert or this dish. So it doesn't sound boring.

• Images are relevent and are licensed which is good!

• For the history section, You should put both citation 4 and 5 at the end of the sentence reflecting it. I noticed citation 4 being put in an awkward position.
