In mathematics, the annulus theorem (formerly called the annulus conjecture) states roughly that the region between two well-behaved spheres is an annulus.

And annulus (mathematics) gives the definition "the area between two concentric circles." I conjecture that there's more to it than that. —Tamfang (talk) 06:05, 19 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
