• Newness, length (2051 B / 355 words), no copyvio and QPQ all check out. The article is generally well sourced and neutral. 1) One BLP sensitive sentence needs attention: the claim that Chow experienced racism and was labelled a "DEI hire" relies on Business Insider WP:BI and a Forbes contributor piece WP:FORBES, both of which have reliability caveats. Given that this is a BLP and a strong personal claim, I’d ask for a stronger source or for the sentence to be trimmed. 2) ALT0 is missing the word "CEO". The source and article support "the first woman of color CEO in AT&T’s history", so I’d tweak it to: ALT0a: ... that Anne Chow was Juilliard-trained and became the first woman of color CEO in AT&T’s history? 3) ALT1 relies on the Forbes contributor piece and can't be approved as currently sourced. @HerBauhaus: Thanks for the review and the feedback! For #1, I replaced the Forbes citation with a reference against bizjournals.com. For #2, you are 100% correct, I intended the word "CEO" to be in there, so I fixed that as well. And I think #3 is just a summary of #1 and #2? Let me know if you have additional comments. Thanks! Thanks for the updates. ALT0 is resolved. Two points remain:

1. BLP: The Dallas Business Journal interview supports Chow's account of being labelled a "DEI hire". Business Insider supports her experiences of racism and bias, although WP:BI has no consensus on reliability. I suggest separating the claims. Suggested wording: "Chow has spoken about experiencing racism and bias during her career.[BI] She has also advocated increasing the representation of women and people of colour in leadership positions.[BI] She said that people questioned her appointment as CEO of AT&T Business by describing her as a 'DEI hire'.[Biz]"
2. ALT1: The interview does not support "before going on to become CEO". Suggested ALT1a, more faithful to the source: ... that Anne Chow said people questioned her appointment as CEO of AT&T Business by calling her a "DEI hire"?
