Thanks so much for creating this important biography! I tweaked some of the material since ceramics have never stopped among Eastern Band Cherokee and have been thriving in the last 50 years. Sun Circles and Human Hands isn't a Cherokee or even Southeastern book. Likewise, much of Mitchell's earliest pottery was influenced by Caddo and Quapaw pottery.
