Rewrite

misleading
[edit]This page is missing critical info, as well as being misleading. The formula given is only valid for small angles, and doesn't help me to calculate the angular distance between, say, two arbitrary points in 3-space as observed from the origin. But, if you use polar coordinates, I found there's some good stuff at and to help this along. -- 99.233.186.4 (talk) 23:00, 10 April 2010 (UTC)
