Metcalfe's Law is Wrong

Here's another interesting and impressive paper: "Metcalfe's Law is Wrong", Bob Briscoe, Andrew Odlyzko, and Benjamin Tilly, IEEE Spectrum, July 2006. (It's already mentioned in our Metcalfe's Law article, which IMO overstates the disagreement between Metcalfe and Briscoe/Odlyzko/Tilly.) Should we mention it in this article?
