• I updated the page to include far more recent concepts and citations. Many citations on this page were from sources a decade or two old.
• I removed the comment that analysts (the kind that AR deals with, anyway) work at the "Big Four" accounting firms. This is not true. This page relates to analysts who work at Gartner, IDC, RedMonk, Verdantix, etc.
