This article confuses the ADF file format, which is a mere dump of the content of a diskette, with the format in which the diskette itself is formatted. The image, for example, is not of an ADF formatted diskette. The diskette in the image is, likely, formatted in OFS. If you dump the diskette to a file, that file is going to be ADF formatted. The same goes for the utilities that extract files from an ADF file. Shachar (talk) 04:28, 24 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
