I'm editing the band's name and redirect to "American Spring". All I've read dictates that prior to the "Shyin' Away" single release in 1973, the band was marketed and distributed as "Spring", however in late-1972, UK band Spring threatened to sue as they had assumed the name a few months prior to the formation of the US duo, and so from 1972 onwards they have been known as "American Spring" with reissues of their material following such a naming trend.
