Hello.

I’ve put together a sandbox draft proposing updates to this article, focused on 1) aligning the infobox/lead with ABTC’s post-merger public-company structure, 2) clarifying the timeline, and 3) grouping key content into business model/operations/leadership/financial results with secondary sources first, and SEC filings for primary disclosures and verifiability.
