Small fix to president paragraph

There's a small date issue in the President paragraph. It currently says Amberton appointed Carol A. Palmer as its third president in 2025, but the Dallas Innovates source already cited in the article reports the announcement in June 2024. Would someone be able to update that date and maybe slightly expand the sentence to say that Palmer became the university's third president, succeeding the prior president? Fair point, that phrasing was a little clunky. Simpler ask: can someone change "In 2025, Amberton appointed its third president, Carol A. Palmer" to "In June 2024, Amberton appointed Carol A. Palmer as its third president"? The Dallas Innovates source already cited in the article (ref #1) has the June 2024 date.

Academics Expansion

The Academics section is currently very brief and does not include much information about the university’s degree and certificate offerings. Could an editor please consider expanding the section using the information below? The program information is available on Amberton’s website at amberton.edu/programs-and-courses.

Amberton University offers undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and certificate programs. Most programs are available online, and the university offers four academic sessions throughout the year, primarily serving working adults.

Undergraduate programs include the Bachelor of Arts in Professional Development, the Bachelor of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science programs in Applied Studies and Human Relations and Business. The business administration program includes concentration options such as Accounting, Entrepreneurship, General Business, Management, and Project Management.

Graduate programs include degrees in counseling, business administration, healthcare administration, applied artificial intelligence, data analytics, project management, human resource management, organizational leadership, and training and development.

Amberton recently added a Doctor of Education in Counseling program, with the inaugural cohort beginning in Fall 2026.

The university also offers undergraduate and graduate certificate programs in several areas, including Cybersecurity Management, Dealership Management and Operations, Applied Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Marketing.
