Alwal has a history, it is a muncipality with various number of wards the no 1 ward is kowkoor, kowkoor is famous for M B Dargha known as Mastan Baba Dargha. it is surrounded by three sides by forces, to the north, east, west it is covered by military and to the south it is covered by CRPF forces.We have a prestigious CRPF international school.kowkoor has got a prestigious shiv temple famous known as shivalayam here we find ganesh chavathi celebrated grandly.
