Notability?

This article presents issues as to whether it qualifies to be a bio article in Wikipedia. Alvera Frederic does not satisfy criteria for notability.

Although her daughter wrote a memoir about her and her own process of coming to terms with learning about her mother's heritage and how it influenced her sense of herself, that is not sufficient for her mother's notability.

The article relies mostly on content generated by Lukasik: essays or OpEd pieces that she published under her own name in the Washington Post and other sources. In at least two cases, her Post essays were reprinted in other sources without being attributed to the Post in the cite. Lukasik also refers to the memoir she wrote, so most content relies on her.

Material about the Hemings graduate from Vassar provides an example of another person of mixed race and context, but is not linked directly to Alvera Frederic and her family, and can't be.
