This is the start of an article about the important abolitionist newspaper - the one Elijah Lovejoy was killed for printing. The speedy deletion of the related article St. Louis Observer was denied on the grounds of the historical importance of that subject, and the SD of this article should be denied as well, for the same reason. Beyond My Ken (talk) 13:19, 12 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
