Some clean up and updates needed

I would like to update this page, mainly with a clean-up of sources, some of them being directly from the website of the company which is not ideal in terms of neutrality.
It also need some rewriting and some trimming down, especially on the "relevant projects" part as there are probably too much projects and I am really not sure that they are relevant. As an example :
"The group was also chosen to be the sole operator of a city-center project of more than 100,000 m² in Bobigny." with is sourced from the company website.
Furthermore, I am wondering about the "relevant projects" part. Is this part really necessary? And if so, on what basis should the projects be chosen?
Other changes I plan to do :
- Change the name to Altarea (Altarea Cogedim being the former name)
- Almost all the infobox is outdated or irrelevant, so would like to put it up to date
- In a second time, once the content is more coherent, I will think of the addition needed, probably in terms of subsidiary and history. The goal being to put only the most important ones.
