"he left no special writings or teachings" but "he left a considerable number of manuscripts after him, some of which have been published". What is the painting on the side? Is it not part of his legacy? What is the story of his "vision", which is mentioned in the caption of the photo but not in the article? "He served with such love that the act of opening the door became a sacramental gesture" - if this is part of his legacy, do all Catholics now open doors as sacramental gestures?
