The intro currently calls her a lobbyist but doesn't that usually mean someone who lobbies on behalf of on organisation of some kind (eg business, country, trade body). We wouldn't usually call the head of a think tank a lobbyist. The way the article is written, the implication seems to be that she is "lobbying" for a certain political philosophy, which I guess is what think tanks do.
