Disagreeing info

Looks like there is some disagreement in the article about the magnetic field of Alioth. One section says that the magnetic field is strong enough to sort the elements inside the star causing variablity, while another section says that the magnetic field is relatively weak. Which is it? Possible companions (or not)

I suspect that some more recent sources could bolster the physical descriptions of Alioth (especially when discussing the potential binarity). I will look for some, but I wanted to make a note of it as well.

Orbiting brown dwarf

Article says Alioth's 5.1-day variation is the rotation period of the star, despite my search for key words such as "period" "5.1", or even the Sokolov study yielding zero results, suggesting the source does not appear to support the last claim.
