Summer is location-dependent

Currently, sources and this page report that the album is to release in "Summer 2026", but this is only true in the northern hemisphere. In the southern hemisphere, home to the band itself, it is currently winter. I assume sources say summer because they, and most fans, are from the northern hemisphere, but for those living in the southern hemisphere, this is not true. Is there a better way to word this? Is it acceptable to reword this provided it's not exactly what the sources say? I can't think of a more accurate way to say it, but the current wording is not true for everyone. That would remove location dependency, but it's just occurred to me now that sources only report "summer", and that we are beholden to what they say. Right now the article says August, though I'm not sure whether that's just a guess based on the reported season, or whether that specific wording is hidden in a source somewhere.

Thanks for the suggestion, though! I'm not confident enough to implement it myself on account of my ideation in the prior paragraph, but hopefully someone more experienced than me can assess and make a judgement. Crtbob (talk) 18:51, 16 July 2026 (UTC)
