Aliexpress.moe?

[edit]

Why is the link "aliexpress.moe"? The official site is .com! --76.21.114.155 (talk) 15:03, 23 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Translations of the site

[edit]

I don't know the situation with other languages but even though it is available in Polish, the language looks like it was translated by using Google Translate. There are many mistakes and grammatical/syntactic errors Tashi Talk to me 22:22, 18 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Help seems to be entirely computer run. If you have a problem that you can't fix by following the computer steps then you are done for. They need to have a way to report uncovered problems ( the programmers missed a few/many) - currently you can't contact sellers. 2601:181:8301:4510:2554:DAB5:6C5C:9B3C (talk) 16:21, 17 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Disputes and Delistings

[edit]

At present, this article looks more like a advertisement for AliExpress instead of an informational piece. Should this article contain the issues associated with the company? It has been delisted from the BBB. There have been numberous complaints filed against it via the Business Consumer Alliance. There have been issues of receiving inferior or potentially bootleg items instead of the ones purchased. Many refunds are only partial and return shipping is required to be sent to sellers not clarified during the purchase, which can cost the customer hundreds of dollar in shipping to china instead of the San Mateo office of Alibaba Group - the shell company for AliExpress. Logo out of date

[edit]

Hi, everyone! Aliexpress logo changed in 2020. The new logo is this one: https://logosarchive.com/aliexpress/ as you can see in Aliexpress homepage (which I'm not going to link but is easy to find).  Preceding unsigned comment added by Jayopla (talkcontribs) 09:37, 9 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Controversies and reviews

[edit]

What does a 2.7 rating, a 1.0 score or a 1.5 rating mean? Is that good or bad? Is it in a system from 1 to 10? And is 10 best or is 1 best? If a reader does not know the mentioned review source, then these numbers are meaningless. Soulman (talk) 21:46, 13 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. Section is now preceded by "In review ratings (with 5 being the highest)..." Grace and peace thru the Lord Jesus (talk) 12:56, 15 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
