IPA

What IPA is correct, ɐlʲɪkˈsʲej or əlʲɪˈksʲej or aɫʲɪkˈsʲej or some other?

There is not really 'correct' in these matters where people still quarrel about transliteration and transcription. Here, we see Alexis etc with an X while Russians in the English speaking world prefer to transcribe Ksenia, not Xenia.
