Feminists want to remove this page

[edit]

feminists despise alex, I posted his story to a feminist page on Facebook and the things the said were absolutely awful.

They will 100% come after this page to either delete it, or edit it. Jordan has a feminist org providing her legal aid, and they are already spinning a story where Alexis is the perpetrator. Been guard ~2026-41983-75 (talk) 17:39, 27 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Domestic abuse is not aware of gender differences, as much as a human is capable of abusing another human. This behaviour is completely devoid of any particular preference when it comes to whether a man hits a woman or a woman stabs a man. Abuse just needs one thing. Anger and the need for control and order.
I don't do Facebook or any social media due to the toxicity. Couple social media with 'woke' and a deeper toxic environment is born.
I have been a victim of sexual violence, domestic abuse, psychological abuse, which is now known as coercive control I believe, and all from men, one of which was my ex husband. You would think this would make me develop a very anti-male/feminist attitude. Completely the opposite. I am VERY aware of the abuse of each other that humans are capable of. I feel nothing but heartache, empathy, intense sadness and huge appreciation of Alex Skeel. This amazing human has been through mental trauma, self sacrifice, physical abuse, isolation.. just so much that could be affected, will have been affected hugely. How an abused person is able to move forward and get out, will rely wholly on whether they are strong enough mentally, and NOTHING to with physical strength. I stayed with my ex husband while he abused me from 1993 to 1999. I miscarried two pregnancies (kicks and a fall down stairs) In '94 and '97 I had my 2 children and my only thoughts were getting through to the next day to protect my sons... Survival.
It is the one thing that people and family never understand is the 'why did you stay?' Only a person that has lived with abused and violence from someone we once held very dear in our hearts, can understand why. It isn't something that can be explained away. It's like being in your very own cult in a way, because after a while it just becomes what you think should be...
Alex Skeel is the victim of some of the worst abuse, and it is completely irrelevant as to the him or her. He was violently abused, and he didn't fight back. Feminism has its place, but it's definitely not here. This is a criminal act from one human to another human who will do nothing in response but shield themselves and their family from harm.
Abuse leaves scars. Visual, mental, verbal, it will actually scar your personality and erase your identity. It does very real harm; I have been diagnosed with complex PTSD, and 40 years later I'm getting that addressed, thanks to my very loving, incredibly understanding and immensely supportive soul mate. My best friend and rock. My husband of 20 years now, so I'm doing really well.
It's abuse. It's destroying. It's inhuman. Human on human. Feminists need to wake up. Being controlled to the point of being told what to eat, wear, talk about, who to talk to, make sur back from shopping in an hour, berate the way you eat, humiliate, call you at work to find out who you're working with, alienated you from friends and family, lose control of your own money, your personality, your identity and attributes changed.
Take away someone's gender, dear Feminists, and then make your own decision.
I wish Alex all the very best in the world. He is an absolute ambassador for action against domestic violence and many people will thank him for his strength of character and unending love for his children. ~2026-42154-31 (talk) 06:59, 29 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
