[edit]"Israeli" as a definition for nationality is not recognized by the israeli authorities. you can either be Jewish, or Arab, or any other country of origin if you are not jewish. hence any one who is considered to be jewish by the state, has a Jewish nationality, and that is how it is registered in the ministry of the interior records and ID card. in the event of a non Jewish immigrant from any country, EG france, would have his nationality registered as french. any non jewish from a muslim, north african, persian gulf, and other middle eastern origin is considered to be of Arab nationality.
So, why does wiki show alex levac to be of israeli nationality? what does that mean any way??? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.51.238.26 (talk) 18:01, 23 September 2010 (UTC)
- Not true, all holders of an Israeli passport have Israeli nationality. Marokwitz (talk) 07:03, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
