Minor wording issue

The article says "Simonson's teammates were Fine, Isaac Kashdan, Arthur Dake, and Frank Marshall, who all eventually became Grandmasters." This is somewhat problematic in the case of Marshall, as he died before FIDE started awarding the GM title. Had he still been alive FIDE would surely have included him in the inaugural GM class with Fine. Marshall certainly was of GM strength and was and is considered a grandmaster, but even in this light he didn't "eventually become" a grandmaster. By 1933 he had been a grandmaster for around 20 or more years. Eventually definitely applies to Dake, since he was originally awarded the IM title, but was much later made an honorary GM. I think the sentence in the article expresses an important point about the strength of the US team at the Folkstone Olympiad, but I don't know how to best reword it accurately without it being too cumbersome.
