I would like to explain You that correct name of this city is: Ad Diwaniyah. It is a special traditional terminology in arabic. some cities have different sound/letter after "A" letter like main body (Al Kut, Al Hillah, Al Basrah), some of them the same sound/letter after "A" letter like main body - Ad Diwaniyah, An Najaf. that's mean correct name should be Ad Diwaniyah. It is official statement of Iraqi terminology.
