Al Fushqa District → Al-Fashaga District – Per Google results, it seems to be twice as common to me. "Al-Fashaga" also has 90 Google Scholar results while "Al Fushqa" has 4. I also propose dropping the "District" part as it seems not to be used by reliable sources and does not match this area's administrative status. "Al Fushqa District" has 1 Google Scholar result and "Al-Fashaga District" has 1 as well.

I think we should split the article into Al-Fashaga and Al Fushqa District as one is a disputed border region and the other is a district of Sudan that happens to include the disputed area. Wowzers122 (talk) 17:17, 23 April 2023 (UTC)

Comment to closer - I recently performed the requested move to Al Fushqa conflict. In my closing statement, I stated that page should be moved for consistency with this one depending on the result here, so I will restate my support for that. Estar8806 (talk) 02:16, 28 April 2023 (UTC)
