Conflict of interest disclosure and proposed corrections

Disclosing a conflict of interest: I am a student of Akhtar Usman. I plan to add the following, all from published sources:

1. President's Award for Pride of Performance, Literature (Research, Poetry), announced 14 August 2025 and conferred 23 March 2026. Source: Dawn Images, 15 August 2025.

2. His legal name, Akhtar Mehmood, per the same source.

3. Early poetry collections missing from the article: Apni Apni Saleeb (1991), Qalamro (1992), Hum Kalam (1998). The article currently states Baraad was his first collection, which appears incorrect.
