another thing is about the page quality. to me, it honestly doesnt sound like a press release. it speaks about his education, interests, and honors. in no way do i speak upon an event occurring or what not. but if really does, a little help on adjust it would be great.

I consider this proposal unwarranted. Ajit Varki seems notable: a cursory look at all the research he has contributed is worthy enough of mention. There are sources that associate him with a future nomination for the Nobel prize: http://drmirkin.com/nutrition/how-red-meat-may-increase-risk-for-cancer.html and http://www.zaphealth.com/tag/hampshire/. Also the deletion proposal seems not to follow protocol, and it is not possible to address its author, since it was anonymous--Gciriani (talk) 23:15, 2 March 2015 (UTC).Reply

The anonymous contributor that is proposing deletion of this article is at the University of San Diego, according to the IP locator. Obviously it is somebody who has hostile sentiments to grind against Ajit Varki. This should disqualify the request for good.--Gciriani (talk) 18:57, 5 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
