Article is new enough (created on May 7), long enough (around 2,600 characters), well-sourced (references look good, but I do not speak Japanese, so other comments from Japanese-speaking editors may be needed), and looks presentable. The hook is cited to a reliable source, short enough (both under 200 characters), interesting (both are good but ALT1 is more interesting for me). QPQ has been done.
