This sounds like a direct reference to Lysenkoism, but I don't see where it is mentioned in any source. Sysiphis (talk) 15:43, 21 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

It is not Lysenkoism. Agriculture was backwards in Russia in early 20th century and the sentence is correct, but I removed it, because I am not sure that it was job of agitprop and it is not in article body. --Altenmann >talk 15:47, 21 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
