This article should be rewritten or purged, it's a shameless, verbatim copy from the book Decision Theory: High-Impact Strategies - What You Need to Know: Definitions, Adoptions, Impact, Benefits, Maturity, Vendors (see relevant section here:

https://books.google.com/books?id=li8QBwAAQBAJ&pg=PA11&lpg=PA11&dq=Aggregated+indices+randomization+method&source=bl&ots=l2tfpZbiGg&sig=5D1emoHP2BUnnkMCdYEOrl1mHwU&hl=en&sa=X&ei=ulhoVcWVEafU7Aa8poKQAQ&ved=0CDEQ6AEwAg#v=onepage&q=Aggregated%20indices%20randomization%20method&f=false)

The Book you mentioned was published in 2012. The wikipedia page with the content in question was published in July,2008.
It looks like the book has the copy of the content (not the way around).
