Proposed addition: Semantically explicit communication frameworks (Universal Logos)

Hello everyone,

I’d like to propose a small, sourced addition to the article, placed near the end of the section on *Generative AI–based agent communication protocols*.

The intent is to document the emergence of **semantically explicit frameworks** that extend agent communication beyond AI–AI interaction to include Human–AI and AI–Robot communication. Specifically, the proposal references the *Universal Logos (UL) Handbook* (2025), which introduces a formalized message structure based on explicit semantic atoms (entities, relations, time, modality, evidence, confidence) within an envelope–core model.

Here is the proposed paragraph for review:

UL defines an envelope–core message format where each statement encodes atomic semantic elements—such as entities, relations, time, modality, evidence, and confidence—to achieve explicit meaning representation and interoperability across heterogeneous intelligent systems. Unlike ontology-bound or purely generative protocols, UL aims to serve as a universal interlingua for reasoning and knowledge exchange between agents of different architectures.
