Kidney

[edit]

Has anyone had any knowledge of someone born without a kidney? unilateral renal agenesis, I believe it is called? What kinds of problems could be caused by this? Thanks.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.32.117.72 (talk) 00:41, 24 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Providing the single kidney is healthy, none. However, such a person should take iron tablets, and anything else a kidney donor would normally take. HairyWombat 00:57, 31 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
