Someone else can categorize this, I just threw some crap in since I was interrupted while researching the extent of the distribution by a notice that the article I was in the midst of writing was missing what I was presently researching. Since I can't write fast enough to not attract the attention of the wikicritics, I give up. Its distribution is broader than this, but I'm sure the tagger knows the right categories.
