Overall: Hi there. I'm not familiar with this group but I'm happy to take a look. For starters, you need to update the blurb per MOS standards (i.e. "Aeao" is a song and needs quotes around it, and NBA 2K is a video game franchise that needs italics around it. I initially had no idea what the article was about because of this. Also, I think "composed" would be a better word to use than "created". After reading through the provided source, it seems like an album was created as a result of the collaboration, which included this song. The main blurb suggests (to me) that the collaboration resulted in this song only. The infobox is also missing a lot of info (release date, song length, producer, etc.). With the genre, the only place I'm seeing "hip-hop" is Newsis opined the song as "another modern classic of hip-hop" with Dynamic Duo's Korean style. • Comment I'm not the main reviewer, but wanted to note my opinion that both hooks don't seem particularly interesting. DYKs are supposed to be like "if you told this to an average person, would they find this interesting over other typical facts in the world"?   • Now that you mention it, I somewhat agree. Thousands of songs have originated from unlikely collaborations and are featured in video games and soundtracks all the time. Grapesurgeon I don't review DYKs often, how should we got about this? – zmbro _{(talk) (cont)} 16:21, 12 January 2026 (UTC)
    • Zmbro, as a heads up, some of the things you mention in your review are a bit too detailed for DYK review standards; we don't generally perform a GA-like review of the article's content, we just need to make sure the article is presentable and well-sourced. This hook is good enough as is, but it might be more interesting if you changed "multi-platform" to something like internet, online, etc. AllWeKnowOfHeaven (talk) 23:18, 24 February 2026 (UTC)

• by South Korean duo Dynamic Duo - I know "Dynamic Duo" is the name of the group but the repetition of words makes it read clunky, I think it would be better to replace the first duo with a different synonym.

• Changed to artists

• Gaeko reminisces about giving "all" of his energy in the song - When does he reminisce? Is this referring to an interview where he said this? I think this would benefit from clarifying where it came from at the beginning of the sentence.

• I added "in a statement" since I am unsure if there was a Forbes interview or a statement was made.

• further adding that DJ Premier's production - The "further" is unnecessary and can be cut out for conciseness.

• Removed

• a large, yellow light; many mannequins placed in a room; - I don't believe "many mannequins placed in a room" is an independent clause and therefore the semicolons should probably be replaced with commas.

• and an easy to sing hook resulted in its immediate acclaim. - I have a question about this because earlier in the article it stated The song became a sleeper hit in 2023. I'm not super familiar with the concept of a sleeper hit but our article for it states was initially unsuccessful on release. Does this not cause the article to contradict itself?

Sourcing/spot checks

• I'm looking at Special:Permalink/1344427052 and I see the two Soompi references; WP:SOOMPI is listed as generally unreliable at WikiProject Korea's version of WP:RSP. Consider replacing these with more reliable ones.

• The entry says: Its reliability is debated. Most agree that the site has had issues with reporting rumors and sensationalized reporting. None of those sources are rumors and sensationalized reporting. Furthermore, a motion trying to get the article to reliable garnered strong support too.

• For ref 10 you are citing a Youtube video of presumably the music video itself. This isn't a satisfactory source, it doesn't say it in the video and the reader is supposed to just interpret that from watching the video itself? Consider replacing it with an actual source that says the music video does that or remove that bit entirely. You also cite another Youtube video at ref 3, I'm fine with treating it like a normal source from Channel A but can you include a timestamp for when it states what you are citing?
